Overview
ClearFlow is a licensed local plumbing crew serving Maplewood and the towns around it. Their work earned great word of mouth — but online they were invisible, and homeowners with a burst pipe were calling whoever showed up first. We built them a landing page from scratch with one job: turn an urgent visit into a phone call.
The brief
- No website at all — the business ran on referrals and a phone number.
- Urgent visitors — plumbing customers decide in minutes, often on a phone, often stressed.
- Trust is everything — people are inviting a stranger into their home.
- One goal — every section had to lead to a call or a quote request.
The design
A warm, friendly identity — soft blue panels, hand-drawn doodles, and a real face up front. Honest pricing, licensed & insured badges, and a before/after work gallery do the trust-building; playful scroll animations keep it feeling human, not corporate.
Proof beats promises: six real jobs shown as before/after pairs, five-star reviews from neighbours, and a live stats strip — years in business, jobs completed, average rating.
Built for phones
Most plumbing emergencies are googled from a phone, so mobile got first-class treatment: a hero that introduces the plumber with floating trust badges, a sticky click-to-call bar that follows the visitor, and count-up stats that make the case while they scroll.
